  Moved into Bahr El Ghazel and established staff housing
  Began learning Dinka and Jurchu languages and culture
  Drilled 5 wells in the community and surrounding areas

  Build a permanent clinic building with in-patient care facilities

  Establish a clinic that is primarily run by Sudanese
  Build additional housing and needed facilities
  Train the local people both medically and spiritually
  Launch AIDS programs for Nyinbuli and surrounding communities
  Establish mobile medical clinics and community health-based teachings

10 Year Plan
  Establish a hospital with specialty wards for malnourishment, AIDS, and infectious diseases
  Build a training center
  Raise up local believers through discipleship and mentoring programs
  Education in primary health care for the Sudanese
  Dinkas reaching out to themselves and to other tribes in Sudan and beyond, both spiritually and medically
  Create host homes for orphans
  Establish schools (both primary and secondary) for all kids in the area
  Plant more Churches and Bible studies
